David O'Leary created the Cross Country Consulting Intranet for a national executive recruiting firm using the IBuySpy portal framework (a precursor to DotNetNuke).

It enables effective sharing of important company information between the company's offices that reside in different states throughout the midwest. The Intranet includes features such as: role-based Content Management, Document Management, contacts lists, human resources forms and information, live database feeds, custom data integration, and strong role-driven secuirty that ensures the only the appropriate people are able to see sensative information.

Non-technical personel at Cross Country were quickly able to take over administration of their intranet and truly make it a central communication piece of their business
