So once you know you need to approval an article, it would be nice if in the menu you can click on approvals or somewhere in the module that user group can see a button that says approvals. Then the page says accept, reject, or view article. If you accept the user gets an email to say your article has been accepted. If you reject, the approver gets a description box to type in why and it will be sent back to the user. Just another thought.
