I would like to purchase your updated version however it states, "Please contact us if you're intersted in bulk or Enterprise pricing."

What is the difference in your $40.00 version and your Enterprise version?

There is no Enterprise version, just Enterprise pricing... Meaning we will work out a fair pricing scheme for business that need lots of copies of the module.

We have roughly 20 parent portals with a few child portals on 1 dnn install. Will this be a problem?

Nope, not a problem. The license is per DNN installation. Since you only have one install, you only need one license.
