CycleSlideshow Template - Rotator based on the Cycle jQuery plugin 4580 0

These templates will be included as part of the standard install starting with version 4.2.8 but I wanted to make them available to people with older versions of Articles.
The CycleSlideshow will display the Title, Subhead, Image, and Description as a slideshow.
The CycleSlideshow_ImageOnly template displays only the Image and wraps it in the link.
These templates do not currently include navigation but we'll probably add it in future versions.
