Hi David!
I just now found out about the custom RSS feed that only includes Articles as RSS feeds on a article module.

First I have a question. Is it possible to turn this feature off in some way? If i dont whant a RSS feed out of my Article-module.

Second. The RSS feeds that are created doesn´t care about my selected categories. I have a article module that uses "Display Site-Wide Articels". I also have selected a couple of categories witch I wish to display in the module. But in the RSS feed every article on the site is shown! Not good at al to me. The RSS-feed now exposes articles I for sure don´t whant to show.

You can look how it looks at my site: http://en.ssolar.com/
On my home/first page 5 feeds are avalible becourse Iam using 5 article modules on my homepage. I would only like to expose one of these, the one named News. And also this feed would only show articles visible in the News-article-module, not all articles site-wide.

Thanx for any response to this!
Regards
Niclas

Disable RSS Feed:
There currently is not a configuration option to disable the RSS feature. You can easily disable it through a simple change to the code (no recompile needed).

To disable this feature, please just comment out or delete the following line in the Page_init function:

AddRSSLink()

Category Filtering on RSS Feed
This is a known (and complicated) issue that we hope to resolve in the next release. I will move it up in the priority level to try to get a fix to you as soon as possible.

The are many improvements in 4.2.2 for both the DNN global search/rss as well as the Articles specific RSS feeds. We've included the ability to disable the RSS feed for a particular module and also included improvements that will make the RSS feed filter the same as the module.
